Camping Diary 2025

We continue to explore the United States and look forward to camping in a few new states this year.

While dates and places are listed below, these remain subject to change until we actually arrive.

Travel segments for this year

RCW to Spokane

We have been hoping to visit a couple whom we met during our first stay in Rincon Country West RV Resort (RCW). This year we put together a plan to make it happen.

We have already updated our plan twice! Adding visits to Death Valley National Park and Redwoods National Park and avoiding closures due to cold weather and snow.

The rings are at 75, 150, and 225 miles. The “!” notes a dirt road.

New Jersey and Delaware

Although we were born in and grew up in New Jersey, we have not camped in our trailer in our home state. We will also visit Delaware on this trip. This trip will have a more leisurely pace due to the availability at the campground in Indianapolis.

TENTATIVE routing for our New Jersey and Delaware loop.

Overnight delivery of a part we need for our hitch took MUCH longer than overnight. Forcing us to stay two extra days in Williamsport, MD. This would have cut our time in Delaware to an overnight, a poor return on towing around Baltimore and Philadelphia. Thus we adjusted our reservation in New Jersey to arrive a day earlier.

We may change these plans without notice due to weather and other events.
